In Arnhem, we have fitted three flat roofs with new at one address bitumen roofing. The old top layer was weathered and the covering was coming loose at the roof edge, meaning that leaks would eventually have been inevitable.

Our approach

We removed the old layers, applied a mechanically fixed underlay and torched a new top layer over it. The flashings around the roof lights and chimneys were redone and the roof edges were fitted with new edge trim. Such a complete roof renovation will last for years, with a 10-year guarantee.
