In Zevenaar we renovated the complete ridge of this property. The old ridge finish was outdated and directly underneath the ridge were multiple roof tiles damaged or displaced, with a risk of leaking during storms and rain.
New ridge tiles on a ventilated dry ridge system
We removed the old ridge and installed a Monier ventilated dry ridge roll. On top of this, we placed new ridge tiles that are mechanically fixed so that the ridge remains storm-proof. The top rows of roof tiles have also been renewed. The result is a watertight, well-ventilated ridge that will last for years to come.
